Conference start and end times
The conference begins at 09:00 hours on Monday 2nd July and finishes
at 12:30 hours on Thursday 5th July.
There will be an informal buffet lunch at
12:30 hours on Thursday 5th July.
Registration times
The conference registration desk will be in operation during the
following hours:
13:00 to 19:00 hours, Sunday 1st July
After 07:30, Monday 2nd July
Room keys and conference packs will available
from the registration desk.
Accommodation check-in/out times
If you have booked accommodation at the conference venue, Queens’
College, please note that the check-in/out dates and times are as
follows:
Arrival, check-in:
13:00-19:00, Sunday 1st July 2007
After 07:30, Monday 2nd July
Please collect your keys from the Harmonisation Conference registration
desk on arrival at Queens’ College.
After 19:00, Sunday 1st July: Please let
us know if you are going to arrive later than 19:00 on Sunday 1st
July and we can arrange for you to collect your keys from the Porter's
Lodge. Report to the registration desk when it opens on Monday morning.

Parking
Queens' College can provide limited parking at a cost of
£5 per day. Car parking areas are 15 to 25 minutes walk from
Queens' College. Telephone numbers of some local taxi firms are
listed below if you need a taxi from the car park to Queens’
College.

There is other parking available in Cambridge
but it costs significantly more than Queens’ College are offering.
If you require car parking facilities for the duration of the conference,
please
email. Payment should be made to CERC at the meeting. Please
let us know if you wish to cancel this arrangement, as we need to
notify the College.
Social programme
The Conference Banquet will be on Wednesday 4th July. Places for
this are available at £45 per person, if you have not booked

A welcome reception/drinks are available
to all attending the Conference on the evening of the first day
of the conference, Monday 2nd July (included in the conference fee).
Special requirements
Diet: If you have any specific dietary requirements, please

Access: if you have any specific access needs,
i.e. wheelchair access or any other mobility issues (ground floor
accommodation preferable?), please
email as soon as possible so we can make the appropriate arrangements.
