Fees and registration

  2. The reduced Conference fee for early bookings is no longer available - 16th April 2007.

  3. No rooms left at Queens' College.
  4. A banquet will be held on Wednesday 4th July. A menu is available here.

Information for authors

  1. Review Process: Results of the abstract review process were circulated to all main contact authors by 28th February 2007. A summary of the review process is available here.
  2. Proceedings: A hard copy of the Proceedings will be supplied at the Conference and on-line Proceedings will be posted following the Conference.
  3. Proceedings hard copy: The hard copy of the Conference Proceedings will include five-page extended abstracts received before 7th May. Short abstracts will be included for all other accepted papers. All contact authors were sent an acknowledgement by 23rd May.
  4. Proceedings on-line: On-line Proceedings will be made available after the Conference. To be included on-line, five page extended abstracts must be submitted BEFORE the start of teh Conference, if they have not already been provided.
  5. Extended abstracts: The template for extended abstracts is available for downloading. Extended abstracts may be submitted here.
  6. Presentation Instructions: Details for both oral and poster presentations are now available. Please send all oral presentations by the 25th June by e-mail, to allow for set up and testing on the presentation computers. Poster authors attending the Conference may wish to include their photograph in their poster so people can identify them.
  7. EURASAP grant: The closing date for applying for EURASAP grants was 8th May; applicants were notified of the results by 23rd May 07.
