User area

The user area is open to everyone for browsing, but only our model users with support may download files. It contains the latest software releases and product updates, technical guidance and modelling support documents, and presentations from recent User Group Meetings. The files are hosted by Citrix Sharefile for security and reliability.

Register for a User Area account

If you wish to be added to the User Area, please fill out the form below and click the Register button. Users who have support on multiple models may enter any one of their licence numbers. Follow this link to discover how to find your licence number. By signing up to the CERC User Area you are agreeing to join ShareFile as a CERC Client.

Forgotten user name or password?

If when you go to download a file you realise you have forgotten your User Area password, simply click the Forgot password? link and follow the instructions.
