What data do we collect?

We collect the following data:

  • Personal identification information (name, company, email address, phone number, etc.)

You directly provide us with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Express interest in receiving information of our products or services.
  • Register online or place an order for any of our products or services.
  • Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our forms or via email.

We collect your data so that we can:

We securely store your data on an internal server, not accessible in the cloud and which is accessible only by designated staff.

We will keep your personal data for as long as is necessary for the purpose we collect it. Once we no longer need the data for the original reason it was collected or used, we will delete your data by shredding the documents or using a secure disposal service and deleting electronically.

Marketing

The right to object to processing - You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to data portability - You have the right to ask us to transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
