The helpdesk is a service provided to users with a valid support contract.
These users can contact the helpdesk regarding any difficulties or queries regarding the use of CERC software.
When contacting the helpdesk, you will be asked to provide your name, organisation, location and the 4-digit ID of the licence number of the model that you are seeking help for.
The service is available between 9:30am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday, but excluding bank holidays and the period 27-31 December inclusive.
Contact the helpdesk by phone, e-mail or using the online form provided in the user area*.
* Log on to the user area and navigate to the helpdesk page. Note that a login and a password are required to access the user area, visit the User area page if you have not yet obtained these.
2. The 4-digit ID corresponds to the 4th to 7th alphanumerical characters of the licence number shown in the Licence Number box, 9999 in the example below.
